Capote

The murder of a family of four in Holcomb, Kansas in 1959 catches the attention of writer and celebrity Truman Capote. On assigment from <em>The New Yorker, </em>Capote and his childhood friend Harper Lee head to Kansas so he can write on the crime and trial. At first the town residents are suspicious of Capote, but he builds a rapport with them that spawns his best selling book. Capote is a historical drama, retelling the story of Capote as he researches and writes <em>In Cold Blood</em>.
